HOA to Bid Wall Design Contract

Attention Forest Creek HOA residents. The HOA is currently sending out for bid the

design phase of our Fencecrete Replacement Project. Any resident who wishes to bid on

the design or knows someone who would be a good company to bid on the design should

download the Request For Proposal (RFP) from the Forest Creek HOA website,

www.forestcreekhoa.org or contact the project manager, Keith Chandler

FCHOAKeith@sbcglobal.net for a copy of the RFP. Bids and submissions are due back

to the HOA by August 7, 2015.

The project consists of the engineering and architecture planning for the construction of

the replacement wall throughout Forest Creek HOA. It does not include any

construction, only architectural options, engineering, surveying, material specifications

and cost of construction estimates. For more information read the RFP or contact the

project manager.
