Court Reservation Rules
Reservations are made in 30 minute blocks only. You may reserve no more than 3 consecutive blocks.
No more than one reservation per day, regardless of time used (enforced by software).
No more than 2 reservations per week, regardless of total time used per reservation.
Clarification:
There is a 2 reservations per person limit for the coming week on the schedule. This is not enforce by the software.
This means that a name should only appear twice in the reservation schedule for the coming week. (Do not count the current day.)
You can still manage to have more than 2 reservation in a week if you happened to only schedule a day or two in advance (not a problem)
... but if you schedule courts a week in advance, then you are essentially limited to 2.
Reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance, but not beyond (enforced by software).
You may not reserve the court on the current day. This ensures that a player can check the reservation system to see if the courts are reserved, and if not, then play on a first come - first serve basis. (We do not want a situation where someone drives to the courts, sees that both are taken, goes to the web site, makes a reservation for the current time... and then kicks the people playing off the courts.)
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, the reservation is deemed cancelled and the court is open.
Tennis courts are open from dawn till 10 PM.
Backboard use is limited to 9 AM to 9 PM
Lights & Timer: Lights on the court can be turned on with a twist timer. The limit on the timer is 1 hour.
Please treat the courts and the rest of the tennis facilities with care.
There is no skateboarding, soccer, lacrosse or other activities allowed on the courts which could damage the surface, nets, fence or backboards.
Respect the nets and fences; please no climbing on the fences and no adjusting the net height to anything other than the proper height.
Security cameras monitor the courts, so if you see suspicious behavior or vandalism, please notify the property manager so that the responsible parties can be held accountable.
