Wall Project, Phase 1 Update

After receiving bids from several construction companies and vetting their credentials, the HOA board of directors voted on and approved the award of the contract to E&T Masonry.

The construction contract was awarded in June 2016 for $382K for phase 1 of the project. (There are six phases.) There were strict financial restraints and architectural review guidelines passed as part of the community approval.

The attached file is the bare bones version of the plans (minus the boiler plate, landscaping and irrigation parts of the plan - full plan is 23 MB, too big for email).
